I guess you could say I’ve moved a few times. After growing up and starting my career in the creative industry in the northeast U.S. (New York, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Pennsylvania) I moved to Richmond, Virginia for a job opportunity – and along with my family decided that the warmer weather was awesome. Another opportunity moved us to Orlando, Florida, which is where I first got my real estate license in 2014. Another move (maybe Florida was a little too warm for us) brought us to the Lake Norman area of North Carolina, about 30 minutes north of Charlotte. I worked as a full-time real estate agent in NC beginning in 2017, helping both buyers and sellers make their real estate dreams a reality.

After assessing the state of the real estate industry in November 2021, I decided to take a step back from being an active agent and focus on helping home buyers and sellers find the right real estate agent by providing referrals to top agents who could best help them achieve their goals. Besides my own network of agents in NC, VA, and FL I have access to a nationwide network of over 25,000 top-rated agents through Realty Connect. As part of my assessment of the real estate market, I realize that the traditional route, particularly for sellers, may not always be the best option. This is why I will be continually researching, and sharing through my blog, topics such as iBuyer services and ‘for sale by owner’ transactions.

This website is maintained by me, as a licensed real estate referral specialist with Realty Connect. I can provide referrals nationwide, but I focus primarily on the southeast U.S. where I have lived and traveled extensively, including Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, and Florida.
